Frankie Arata

Frankie’s journey into consciousness based practices and yoga began in 2012 when the physical practice became a pathway to healing a knee injury. This experience ignited a passion to help others find relief and transformation through the ancient wisdoms of the planet. Over the years, countless hours of dedicated practice, study, and teaching have shaped him into a trusted guide for many seeking health and harmony.

Frankie’s teachings draw inspiration from the discipline of ashtanga and the heart-centered philosophy of anuttara yoga. His approach weaves together the physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of yoga, always aiming to bridge the microcosm of personal experience with the macrocosm of universal truths. Astrology plays a key role in his work, serving as the language of the stars that illuminates our interconnectedness with the cosmos.

Living a yogic lifestyle, Frankie emphasizes the integration of body and mind as a foundation for holistic well-being. His offerings reflect his belief in the power of ritual, self-inquiry, and alignment with natural cycles. Whether through yoga classes, astrology readings, or community gatherings, Frankie creates spaces for learning, healing, and transformation.

Barbara Fretes

Barbara Fretes is a 500-hour E-RYT and full-time yoga teacher who has been devoted to teaching since 2018. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and trained in the arts from an early age, she brings a refined and devotional presence to her offerings — where movement becomes prayer and study becomes lived experience.

Introduced to yoga at Anuttara Yoga Shala in 2015, Barbara completed her teacher trainings in Anuttara Raja, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Bhakti Yoga under the guidance of Philip Christodoulou within the lineage of Kriya Yoga and Self-Realization.

In 2024, Barbara received formal Kriya initiation, marking a sacred deepening of her commitment to guru lineage, meditation, pranayama, and the path of inner realization. This initiation continues to profoundly refine her personal sadhana and the way she guides others.

Her approach honors yoga as a disciplined sadhana — a path toward steadiness of mind and direct knowledge of the Self. Her classes weave asana, pranayama, philosophy, mantra, and meditation into an intentional and transformative experience rooted in spiritual growth, self-inquiry, and selfless service.

Barbara serves as a Lead Teacher at Anuttara Yoga Shala in Boca Raton, where she guides and co-leads teacher training programs, mentoring practitioners through Anuttara yoga practice and scriptural study.

She is the founder of Shruti Yoga Retreats, a worldwide offering of immersive pilgrimage-style experiences in meaningful locations such as Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley of Peru. These retreats are designed as initiatory containers for transformation, supporting practitioners in integrating a steady meditation practice into daily life. Her intention within these retreats is to awaken a deeper longing for higher connection, illuminating the mind and inspiring a life of greater awareness, responsibility, and humanity.

In 2025, she established Shruti Yoga Shala, where she offers a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training rooted in the scriptures,  classical texts of yoga and the philosophical foundations of Sanatana Dharma. Her vision is to cultivate teachers who stand in devotion, integrity, clarity, and wisdom.

Ultimately, her mission is to preserve the authenticity of traditional yoga while guiding sincere seekers toward deep understanding and conscious living.

Sabrina Gay

I am a passionate mover and a seeker of inner truth.

With over 20 years devoted to dance, I walked a broad and deep path through television and theater, spaces of rich expression and constant exposure that, over time, guided me inward. That journey led me to explore more intimate layers of the self, and eventually brought me to yoga.

On a beautiful path of movement, first through dance and then in my encounter with yoga, I have cultivated a lifelong devotion to the body and its innate wisdom. I believe in movement as the language of the soul, and in art as a quiet, transformative force.

Sensitive and guided by love, I offer spaces where people can reconnect with themselves with greater calm and presence, where breath, awareness, and movement come together in a simple and natural way.
